The following Terms and Conditions apply generally to all the products and packages sold . Please ensure you read carefully the Special Terms & Conditions mentioned below. Your payment to the company confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Quotations: All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit received. Quotes are valid for 48 hours from issue date.
Rates and Price Variations: The Company reserves the right to vary the rates in the event of adverse moments in exchange rates or price rises made by the principals or suppliers. Additional bookings will be subject to surcharge as appropriate.
Flights: Airfares show instant availability and fares at the time of quoting however we will not proceed with booking flights until your accommodation is confirmed. This is to avoid strict fees charged by airlines for flight amendments. This may result in fare and/or availability changes.
Accommodation:Hotels: Please note that hotels and room upgrades are listed as per your reservation. Please be aware that hotel grades and hotel standards do vary between countries. Any transfers, breakfasts or late checkouts that you have booked and prepaid will be shown on the vouchers.
We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation operator overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control. All rates are subject to change without notice. Not all properties provide instant availability and in these cases Aquarius Tours N Travels checks availability once we receive the booking request.
Check In / Check Out Times: These varies according to operator. Generally your accommodation check in is 2pm and check out 10am. Please note that most properties will require a credit card authorisation on check-in and may need to see photo identification. In the instance that you don't have a credit card usually a cash bond will be required.
Group & Corporate Travel: As group and corporate rates are specially contracted rates specific for that particular group, they have different terms and conditions to standard holidays. If you are booking a group , please ensure that these conditions are explained to you.

Travel Insurance: It is extremely important that you take out Travel Insurance. It is ESSENTIAL that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s).
Full amount is due at time of booking and policy will be issued immediately. Credit card and direct deposit accepted. NOTE: Dates of birth are required to issue insurance. Until Date of birth is not known we cannot issue the policy as mandatory requirement.
Passport & Visas It is very important that you read the following information carefully and contact our office if you require any assistance in any area.
All individuals departing from India must be in possession of a valid passport.
Entry to any country is at the discretion of relevant immigration authorities on arrival. Regardless of whether you possess a current visa, entry into a particular country can still depend solely on the discretion of the Immigration Official on arrival in that country. Under those circumstances The Company cannot be held responsible for a country refusing entry to any individual irrespective of that country's normal entry procedures. If you are in doubt it is your responsibility to contact the relevant government agency or consulate prior to your departure.
Spelling of Names & Documentation: Please ensure that the spelling of all names is correct and match the details exactly as shown on your passport(s). It is your responsibility to advise us of the correct information at the time of booking, as you will incur substantial costs to amend details at a later stage if the information you supplied was incorrect.
Refunds for Unused Services No refunds will be made for unused services where a client terminates the service after it has commenced regardless of reason. Please ensure that, when requesting a refund, you enclose copies of all relevant documentation
